Entrance Course 2 @ EBP Sports & Earlwood Oval

This course is the starting point for ALL Referees. Ensure you complete the ON-LINE Laws of the Game Certificate & bring this to Theory component.

To undertake this training program you must be at least 13 years of age and have successfully passed the online Laws of the Game within the past two years.

This training program is aimed at match officials officiating in junior and youth matches.

The program consists of theory modules, practical sessions and practical mentoring in matches as a referee and assistant referee.
Upon completion of all components referees will be officially qualified as a Level 4 Referee. The qualification is valid for a period of up to 4 years.

Anyone who wants to referee 11 v 11 football at a local level.  Every referee – even World Cup referees – start from here.

Accreditation is compulsory in accordance with FFA National Registration Regulations.

Every registered CRA Referee is recommended to attend every training session throughout the season.

They are held every Monday night during throughout season and we’ll go through videos and scenarios about the different laws of the game but also practical sessions out on the field dealing with different aspects of refereeing i.e positioning and offsides.

Attendance to training will increase the standard of games you referee throughout the season and you may have a higher chance of receiving finals series games.

General Meeting @ EBP Sports

Training : 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Training will be held at 6:30pm on the night of the General Meeting. The official General Meeting proceedings will commence at 7:30pm.

General Meeting : 7:30pm to 9:00pm

General meetings are compulsory for all members. If you cannot attend for any genuine reason, please notify a member of the association and this will be minuted at the meeting.
